So I recently installed Rudy ENB for Cathedral Weathers (a process that was pretty complicated and I don't know if I did it right), and a lot of other mods. I opened up Skyrim and tested it, and it looked like it was working. It looked really good. Then I used LOOT to fix up the load order, and now it doesn't look like the ENB is working at all.
Click on Browse and select Bjorn Reshade 5.4.2 click next. Click Uncheck all then click on Check all then click ok it will download and install reshade shaders click next. Load up your Skyrim make sure ENB loads and Reshade then you're all set. Interior lighting. Cathedral is not a successor to Obsidian, they are just aesthetically different. Obsidian is a bit darker and moodier. It was still very pretty. I paired it with Re-Engaged ENB, would absolutely recommend that. Cathedral is a bit more "high fantasy"-esque and colorful (I immediately thought of LOTR when I used Rudy ENB for Cathedral).

The ENB ({Rudy ENB for Cathedral Weathers}) definitely needs some tweaks to night and interior brightness depending on the interior lighting setup you choose, and make sure to back SSAO way down to 0.05 (or eliminate it entirely if you choose), and some weathers still don’t look quite right with our lack of volumetric lighting.
